Unfortunately, my experience at this rental was frustrating due to poor communication and a major issue with comfort.First and foremost, the property did not have functioning air conditioning, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. We are a family of five and VRBO was of no meaningful help to find us another place to stay. Hours on the phone and vacation nearly completely ruined. Terrible experience all around. ”
