Villa Strandvogt enjoys a unique location in the immediate vicinity of the beach in Börgerende and its architecture with elements of the classic bathroom architecture. The individually furnished apartments in the 2013 completed Villa Strandvogt have balcony, terrace or roof terrace, underfloor heating as well as beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. From many apartments you have a view to the sea. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. For excursions into the surroundings and many leisure activities the Villa Strandvogt is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and to find peace and relaxation. To the apartment belongs an underground car park or a parking space directly in front of the house. In the underground garage are bicycle parking, coin-operated washing machines and dryers. In the open cooking and dining area are the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven with ceramic hob and microwave as well as a large glass with four leather chairs. Two windows reaching the floor give a lot of light into the room; in front of both windows are obliquely adjustable markisolettes as sun protection. The bedroom has a large double bed (two single mattresses 90x200) and a four-door cabinet made of wood and glass elements. The spacious, elegant shower room has a floor-to-ceiling shower and a large washbasin with a mirror over the entire width.   The apartment has a free parking space in front of the house.
