Ostseetraum?

Unsere Erfahrung mit Agentur Ostseetraum und dem Vermittler. Kein Willkommen. Direkt administrative Abwicklung. Die Ankunft früher gewünscht ? Ein Telefonat geführt. Es wird grundsätzlich möglich ab 12:00 h. Die Agentur beaufschlagt dafür 50,00 € extra. Unsere Ankunft folgt erst um 14:00 h. Die Wohnung sei 15:00 h fertig, der Korridor zwischen gehen und neu belegen beträgt 5 Stunden! Eine Frechheit! Nach vielen Formalitäten, Hinweisen, Verhaltensregeln usw. erhalten wir die Wohnungsschlüssel. Bei der Buchung sei der Hund verloren gegangen und es werden direkt 71 € zu erstatten. Was haben wir bei der Buchung überlesen ? Schwimmbad, Sauna waren bei unserer Auswahl ein Buchungskriterium. Beides ist nicht gegeben. Auch hier, überlesen ? Schickes Haus, Umgebung und Wohnung, unzureichende Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsflächen, Treppenhaus, Aufzug, Tiefgarage, offene feuerhemmende Trenntüren zur Tiefgarage und den Müllkübeln. Die Reinigungskraft kommt bei anderen Wohnungen vorgefahren. Parkt. Nach maximal 45 min. Fährt sie ab. Zusatzkosten, Kiesstrand, dazu die herzlose, miesepetrige Art der Agentur verstören das Urlaubserlebnis. Wir scheuen uns nicht, weitere Schritte gegen sie die Vermittler und gegen die Betreiber einzuleiten. Der zweckmäßigen, netten Wohnung und Umgebung bereitet es einen fahlen Geschmack.
