“Had a really nice overnight stay. Room was clean and spacious. Had a fridge and microwave in too. Bed was comfy, and the owners are very friendy and welcoming. There is a small free car park outside, but we noted if this was full there is a pay car park directly opposite we could use. They provide a nice basic breakfast of buns and Tea cakes!. If you want a hot breakfast there is a food shack 2 min walk away on the Beech front and places in town about 15 min walk away for food, which they kindly……

“We stayed in an economy twin room, for one night, which was very clean and in a quiet location towards the back of the hotel. We were not bothered by noise from the bus station. The shower had a strong flow and quickly ran hot, which is always a plus. The full breakfast was included in our room rate and was good including local sausages. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. For us the hotel had a bit more character and quirkiness than some of the bland chain hotels. We enjoyed our stay.”
