Upon arrival garage and front entrance needs some work. Upon entering the house all is good. Pool tiles are missing around drain causing you to stump your toes if not careful. Also not enough to towels. Garage is very dirty and unorganized. Also, for the majority of the time we would eat out or on patio but decided to have a formal dinner and use the large dining table. After dinner I noticed the chairs were all ripped in some way. The dining room chairs not one but all have rips in them due to dry rotten I assume the material is old and brittle. Also we had no way of heating up our food other than utilizing the oven. It would have been nice if the microwave would have worked. But other than that, the home was what our family needed. I have rented on the island for over 35 years for months at a time. Owners just need to pay more attention to the little details.
