“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“The property coverall was nice though there were issues which affected our vacation.
1) Complimentary water bottles were not changed out after the previous guest left. I came in parched and opened a bottle and guzzled it to find it filled with cheap tequila. Had stomach issues and other issues that day since I do not drink alcohol and only have an occasional wine. When presented to the front desk, laughed and confirmed "yeah it is tequila". What if the bottle was spiked with pills or something……

“A beautiful hotel that exceeded my expectations! We travel to Aruba every year, and I wasn’t sure what to expect when we booked this hotel. After staying here, I’m glad we gave it a chance. The hotel was very clean and even more beautiful in person. My only complaint was that the air conditioning didn’t cool the room as much as we would have liked. The staff provided a fan, which helped, and we appreciated their effort to make us comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a much……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Modern Hotel! The hotel is cute, clean, and has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The staff met us when we arrived and were very welcoming. There was a slight language barrier, but we were still able to communicate and understand each other without any problem. The only thing to be aware of is that you do have a little bit of a walk to get to the ocean, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Overall, we had a great experience and wouldn't definitely consider staying……
