Disappointed

The street is a little sketch. The carpets in the stairwells very stained and does not smell great. The elevator was down. The room appeared clean, but missing paint on the walls, and just too run down for my comfort. We were sent fleeing from the room when a bed bug type bug jumped onto my phone as I was laying on the bed. We ended up walking around the city until we found a hotel with a vacancy. We told the management what happened, they said tgey sent a team in and did not find any evidence of bed bugs. I am sure what I saw and believe I should have been refunded. It is the kind of place where you would definitely check for bed bugs, and be completely freaked out if you saw a suspect bug.

Hit the "back button" and find another property

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! Seriously go find another property - without question one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Flat screen literally fell off the wall about 10 minutes after I arrived having been mounted directly into drywall with little to know anchors. Toilet was not mounted to the floor and rocked back and forth. Water pressure in the shower was virtually non existent - coupled with no way to adequately control temp of what little water there was - after 5 minutes of cold water it became super hot with no way to regulate it - valve did nothing to change the temp. In addition countless emails and texts to the property managers and responses requesting videos etc throughout my two day stay - and a sudden complete and total lack of response when requesting a refund. I have video evidence of all of these issues - and am happy to share them. Seriously - I've never had a worse experience in lodging in my life and I travel frequently both domestically and internationally and have NEVER felt a need to leave a review of this sort warning potential tenants. There are plenty of decent, honest property owners out there who can provide you good quality lodging at a fair price - this is absolutely not one of them and should be avoided at all costs.
