The property is located not too far away from the convention center. Driving distance is about 5 minutes and a reasonable walking distance. A nice quiet neighborhood with less traffic. Nice and cozy place to stay for short-term.

We stayed at this apartment in Boston. The apartment itself was fine and in a good location, close to everything, and especially convenient for getting to the convention center. However, the host was extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. On the first day, there was no body wash or conditioner in the apartment. I contacted the host right away because I needed these items before attending the convention the next morning. The host said they were too busy and could only bring them around 5 PM the next day. When I explained I needed them immediately, they told me to buy them myself and they would reimburse me. I had to take an Uber to a store, buy the items, and ended up being late to my event.It’s now been over a month, and despite following up around ten times through Vrbo messages, I still haven’t received the reimbursement. Each time, they just say “Sorry, we sent it to our financial team,” but nothing happens. This was for basic toiletries that should have been provided in the first place. I do not recommend this place — very irresponsible host.
