Wonderful location

The house location was perfect. Scituate is a lovely New England town which my kids greatly enjoyed and were safely able to explore. It is close to Boston as well!

Great Stay on the South Shore

We were visiting in the area for a family wedding. Property was great for our family of six adults. The home was well appointed & stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Nice ocean view

My family and I enjoyed this spot. Master bedroom had a beautiful view and sound of the waves all night! Lighthouse was right next to us. It is a great spot for family.

Perfect solo getaway

I needed a few days to rewind, and this was the spot. If the ocean soothes your soul, and so does some time alone or with a couple other people, definitely consider this house!

Lovely cottage on the ocean

We were a group of friends staying at the cottage for a moms getaway and had a great stay! The house is very beach and quaint and can’t get closer to the ocean. Amazing views. Would drag again!

Beach House Gem

Best Beach House around!! It does not get any better than this beautiful Beach House that basically sits in the Ocean! Immaculate modern home with all modern ammenties. Plenty of space for a family & wonderful work area for those working remotely. Location is ideal close to many restaurants & shopping!! Great communication & easy check in/check out!! Can't beat the location!

Amazing views and location. Top notch on that front. The property has seen a lot of wear and tear, probably due to the end of the season. Had planned to grill, but that wasn't available. Aside from the master bedroom which has the.killer view, the other room had a so/so mattress. Amazing layout downstairs. Overall a good house and location, just needs some work after the season.

Ocean Dreams

Location was great. Property could use a good cleaning ie window sills and sliding door tracks need to be vacuumed and oiled. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was fairly well equipped but some of the pans should be replaced. Dishwasher needs some maintenance and stove could be cleaner. The dump sticker was expired and we were left one small town approved trash bag and were allowed to leave one bag of recycling.

Great stay

Totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean. House is very well equipped. Lots of plates glasses, etc. Can’t speak to cooking utensils since we never cooked. Impressive stock of cleaning supplies & paper goods which is actually surprisingly unusual in rentals. There was a mixup with the cleaning crew, however, Ken was extremely apologetic, responsive & we resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend.

the best birthday week!

I booked this stay for my mother’s 60th who is enamored with the ocean, safe to say it was the best decision I’ve made in years. The location is truly unbeatable, right at the lip of the ocean and a stone’s throw to downtown scituate, which had great little shops, scenery, and food. Also conveniently located to other coastal towns worth a day trip. Something to note, we had 7 on our trip and found the sleeping accommodations a little wonky: if you’re traveling with a larger group be prepared to share full beds in two bedrooms, and for some to take twin beds, and/or for someone to take the couch (which is quite comfortable). While this was advertised, after having stayed we think the true comfortable sleep count is lower than 7 people. But this in no way impacted our stay or the trip, would 10/10 stay here again, and if you’re hesitant to book, take the plunge you really can’t beat how great this place is! Kenneth is also super nice and speedily replied to any questions we had!

Great Stay

Loved it! This is a beautiful beach house on the ocean w/open concept rooms & fantastic views from 2 decks – You’re literally on the ocean at high tide! It was clean, attractively well-appointed and furnished for comfort and convenience. It’s very welcoming and has 3 bedrooms (note: run and pick the master first – best views, sliders to huge deck high above the ocean, plus it has a ¾ bath w/a great shower), 2 other full baths, 1st floor washer & dryer off the large, equipped kitchen (also with a peaceful view of the ocean when using the sink), no problem w/Wi-Fi and parking for 3 cars, if needed. It accommodated all our needs and some. Bonus: The host was incredible at responding to anything. Note: Since the location is situated in a loop, there were lots of walkers! I’m not a walker but it was for sure motivating - the area is adorable and fun to look at while walking. I would stay again in a heartbeat since this was only 3 nights because we booked late. Next time - at least a week. Its location was perfect for us while visiting family between Hull and Scituate. Plus, we had time to explore the beautiful surrounding area that included the lighthouse three doors down, the harbor w/a ton of restaurants & nearby beaches that allowed the guys to go surf casting (successful) and chill. Great place, great memories. TY
