Perfect for our stay!

We absolutely loved this property and Marblehead. The proximity to Devereux Beach and Chandler Hovey Park was so close! The binder of extra information about the property and surroundings was super helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Very close to everything we wanted to do, and a reasonable drive in to Boston. Manager was prompt about making a minor repair that popped up.

Nice house

Nice house but NOT 3 min walk to historic town. Downtown was a 30 minute walk. Marblehead was a very nice town to walk around. Short drive to salem. Lovely yard. Overall a good place to spend a few nights on our road trip home from Acadia NP.

Salem Vacay

My family and I stayed here and it was cute and quiet. We loved the age of the house and the cuteness of it. We had plenty of room to move around and not feel like we were on top of each other. There are a few things we wished we had such as: more outlets, outside fireplace to relax by, more seating. The living room is not very welcoming and kind of outdated. My stepfather made the joke that someone was m*rdered here due to the big stain on the steps.

Great house, great location

This is a well appointed house. It is comfortable. We all agreed the mattresses were comfortable. Kitchen pretty much had everything we needed and they had a bottle of wine and two waters waiting for us. We were there for a wedding in Salem which was very close by. We took showers in a row and had plenty of hot water. And the outdoor shower was fun. The yard is private with a nice deck to sit and chat or read a book. We are discussing going back next fall for a week. Highly recommend.

What stood out the most about this stay in Marblehead was the communication between them VRBO and myself. They were excellent in getting back to me in such a timely manner. The area the home is in is so quiet and unique. Had a wonderful time staying in this establishment.

Quaint and Picturesque

We had a lovely time staying at Sailors Aweigh. The home was located at the perfect spot to visit Boston for a day and Salem for a day. The area is remarkable, with a laidback, quaint feeling. Lots of people out walking, jogging/running, biking, etc. Our boys enjoyed many games of croquet. At no point did we feel like we had to keep them under a watchful eye. Of course, they are 12 and older, but we had no worries. If you are looking to visit the area, this is a house in a picturesque setting. You can’t go wrong! Enjoy!!!
