The host was very responsive and was able to fix the hot water issue within 6 hours. Accessible to downtown and AC window units were very efficient. Relatively quiet upstairs neighbors and street parking it what it is in greater Boston. If here for business downtown plan for 40-50minutes in and out during rush hour. Overall if you need to keep your options to 350/night or less then, yes I would recommend this place.

This property was very clean, beautiful, and spacious for our needs. There were a few things that were not up to par. The closet door in the bedroom off the kitchen was not on the track. There were wires sticking out of the ceiling where the smoke detector should have been in the middle bedroom by the living/dining rooms. The water and ice machines on the fridge did not work and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom fell off the wall. But these are all fixable things. Overall, I would say this place (after all those things were fixed) would be a 5 star stay. I would definitely stay there again,
