“I had three rooms and in one room there was a pair of used underwear in the corner and in another there was a meth pipe under the bed.Told someone at the front desk and it was immediately taken care of but we were there with our three year old granddaughter and what if she had picked up either one”

“Traveled with a team that was in three different hotels, ours was the worst by far. The pillows were not great, the property wasn’t the cleanest.”

“The check in was seamless and quick. The room was stunning and clean. Yes, the thumping music from the club next door was distracting until after midnight but a sound machine made it bearable. My suggestion is with such a lovely hotel that you increase the amenities ten fold. There were 3 muffins and mediocre coffee only at front desk in the morning. Champagne glasses sitting out a check in but no sign of champagne. No snacks or drinks of any kind. This hotel has amazing potential if they can……

“Very clean and decent breakfast. Our only complaint was that the AC blew directly onto the closest bed with no way to divert it elsewhere.”

“I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.”

“Very nice place. The entire property was spotless and well kept. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“I am not one to complain but I feel that I have to make others aware of the issues we had at this hotel. The air conditioner did not cool the room, the refrigerator was rusty inside and iced over and the toilet would not flush in our initial room. We moved to the room next door. The air conditioner did work. The toilet flushed but rocked because it was not secured to the floor.”

“We stayed here for the Ella Langley concert in Salem. It was perfect! The lofts are beautifully renovated. We had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It was very clean and felt safe. Parking was free. I would definitely stay here again.”
