Great location

The house is in a great location in Bradenton Beach. Close to everything you would want. Very walkable too The house could however, use some updating and a deep cleaning. The showers are in need of new clean caulk. The beds are very uncomfortable. We had to purchase a 3 inch foam mattress topper for any comfort. The furniture is in need of being replaced. It’s very uncomfortable if you have any low back issues. There is no shower in the main floor master bathroom. I guess it says that in the description but I must have not seen it. I thought it was very unusual to not have one and it would be very easy to install one. The kitchen was decently equipped but could definitely use some new cookie sheets and kitchen towels so take your own. We definitely liked having all hard floors. So much easier to maintain and they don’t feel as gross as carpet. There was enough room to spread out. Especially upstairs in the second living room and the view from upstairs is very very nice. We always enjoy our stay in Bradenton Beach, but the house could definitely use some cleaning and updating

Spring Break

There was a great deal of room to spread out. The screened porch was our favorite place from coffee in the morning to relaxing time after the kids were in bed. The garage parking was a problem du.nnnnarralleyaccessaccess.problem
