Beautiful Home

We just wanted to move in and stay here forever. This home is beautiful and had everything we needed. There was a hot tub and a steamroom in the master shower. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and top quality. We would definitely stay here again.

Best stocked house!!

Every bit of the process with this rental went seamlessly. Cannot stress how amazing the house is in person versus photos. This house was the most well equipped with utensils, towels, dishes, and everything in between.

It was incredibly spacious, spotless, and well-organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it the best rental our group has ever stayed in. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Nice house, that isn't maintained

The dishes were mostly dirty, so we had to clean them before usage. Some of the sheets also seemed dirty, so we cleaned them as well. None of the showers drained well, so we were standing in an inch of water after a 5 minute shower. The water filter on the fridge was expired and the fridge stopped dispensing water. I complained to management about the showers and the fridge. They said they'd fix is "asap" but never showed up.

Family Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though the weather created logistical challenges, the house was excellent. We housed 4 adults and 6 college aged children with no issue. The amenities of the house were excellent; kitchen supplies, hot tub, heated garage. The only negative is the proximity to the Breck resort. There is a shuttle that services the nearby Lodge but it is a walk from the house and often times a significant wait. We preferred to drive and pay for parking. There is great parking (ski in/out) at the Beaver Run Conference Center if you get up early (aka 7:45 AM departure from the house). Be aware that the house is on top of a mountain which can make weather an influential factor depending on your vehicle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a high-end house rental for our guy's trip to Breckenridge and the Deere Retreat home did not disappoint. Built in 2021, the home is practically new and has every amenity you could ask for. Chef's kitchen was great, all 4 bedrooms had their own bath + a half bath upstairs. The hot tub was plenty big for 4 guys and all the public spaces were well-appointed. You catch the free bus into town at the ice rink parking lot (free parking) about 5 minutes down the road, but note it does fill up so arrive early. Uber ride to town is about $25 from here. We will definitely return here the next time we are in Breck!

Plenty of space for Grandparent, parents, & teenagers, everyone had opportunities to be alone and together. Decks and outdoor spaces were excellent and provided additional gathering places. It is located in more of a neighborhood community, but we were truly surprised how quiet and separate we felt while visiting. This is a beautiful, well-equipped, comfortable house!

Weekend Getaway

We had a good time hanging out in the hot tub and there were plenty of beds for everyone that came. Very nice kitchen and appliances. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond when we had a vehicle die in the garage on checkout day. She allowed us to use her personal jumper cables instead of buying some.

Amazing home - rough roads

We loved this home. The weather was perfect or we would not have been able to get there in our vehicle. You need at least AWD. Probably 4WD. We got stuck on the road that waze told us to go. The neighbors (John in particular!) helped except the guy at the top of the hill. He just proceeded to tell us it was a private road even though we spend over $5k to stay there. Hope he needs help one day and runs into a John instead of himself in the process. The house was absolutely amazing. Will stay again - in 4WD vehicle!!

Amazing spot, great amenities. No compliaints!

The property was as advertised but even better! The most pleasantly surprising part was the kitchen - plenty of pots and pans, more than enough silverware, plenty of serving trays, and an awesome oven and range. Also very pleased with steam shower in the master and the hot tub. Lastly, the Sonos in almost every common space was a great feature to have so we could sync music.

Great House at a Great Location

This home was great. We used it as a ski getaway for the weekend and was perfect. Great for larger groups that want a place to crash after a day of shredding the mountain.
