Luxury ski-in/ski-out large mountain home

Beautiful home, well appointed for a skiing vacation with literally steps to the slopes. Large hot tub, steam room, large kitchen, 5 king bedrooms with bathrooms and 3 bunk rooms. We had 4 families in the home and it accommodated us all easily, with private space and nice entertaining space. The home was well stocked, spices and cooking utensils which is important to us who like to cook. Truly a wonderful vacation and I would go back in a second. Recommend fully!

Perfect house - perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the house for our annual group skiing trip. This house was great. It has fantastic spaces to gather. It is truly well equipped and has everything from champagne to martini glasses and a full array of cooking utensils. It is slope side and truly ski in/ski out. The only drawback is the 8 stone steps you have to climb to get up to the run. They can be slippery and snow covered and would be very difficult for small children.

Beautiful Home, Turnkey Vacation Rentals a Disaster

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was absolutely beautiful...the setting, the first class style/architecture, the cleanliness and the comfort. Absolutely ideal for our three generation family for our annual Spring getaway. Unfortunately, the TurnKey experience was the worst I’ve experienced in 15 years of our family vacations. From mid-May until two days after our departure, I spent 3 hours and 45 minutes on the telephone attempting to get resolution to issues with amenities both inside and outside the home. The “I’ll have to check with ‘field representation’ is clumsy and ineffective. I will avoid a TurnKey at all costs in the future...a shame for such a beautiful property.

Amazing House

Amazing property, we loved it. Most everything worked (gas fireplaces etc). The issue was with the property management company. I paid high season rates for this high end rental and they did not accommodate us as high end guests. We arrived 2 hours early and asked if we could get in and they denied the request without offering any explanation. We sat in the driveway for hours, there was no cleaning company inside, no reason we couldn't get in a touch early. My daughter was throwing up from altitude sickness in the garage and we just had to sit there and deal with it. No explanation. George from Turnkey got in touch with us and was the only one from the organization who got anything done for us. If not for George, I would've given fewer stars on this review. I will say the house is GORGEOUS and I might consider staying here again even with the neglect of the rental company. Place was clean when we arrived, it really was a great experience after the nightmare of dealing with Turnkey.

Magnificent holiday

Skiers Palace was the most magnificent place to stay. We had a group of 16 people and this lovely home catered for all ages. The location can’t be beaten. Watching people ski past was most enjoyable as was the friendly fox. Thank you for sharing your magnificent home Liz and Eric, we would love to visit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautiful; however, I would hesitate ever booking it again simply because Turnkey Vacation Rentals does not provide the services that they advertise. It is nothing beyond a booking agency that makes a reservation and collects the money. They absolutely do NOT have 24/7 local onsite assistance. Any question or issue goes through a main switchboard located probably in Austin, Tx. and is answered by a bot. There are no human beings available to talk to about anything. We had a couple of issues with the house (no screens on one of the bedrooms so you couldn't open the windows, non-working fire pit). These were never addressed. I requested information on baby equipment rental. I was told it was unavailable in Breckenridge (untrue) and I would have to go Vail 45 minutes away or bring a crib and high chair on the plane with me. Grocery pre-stocking is simply not allowed. This is a standard amenity available with any other high end vacation rental anywhere. I was totally disappointed with the quality of this property management company and would stay away in the future. There are many other vacation rental management companies that I have dealt with over the years, all of which are much more professional than Turnkey.

Great property

This house was perfect. Beautiful, spacious home. The family greatly enjoyed it. Only about 6-7 minutes to Main Street. The property management company was easy to reach and very polite & easy to work with. We could not get the hot tub cooler so didn’t use it as much as we would have. A 5-star place for sure!

Perfection

True ski in/out on a major trail (Trygve's) couple-hundred yards from all the Base 8 lifts. Walk out on to heated patio with 14-person hot-tub, walk up 8 stairs, and you are on the trail. Had 25 people in the house at one point -- never once felt crowded -- 5 floors with elevator. From the living room with wall-to-ceiling windows we watched the groomers 50 feet from the house. The owners thought of every possible detail -- we could not find a single thing missing or wrong with the house. This place is spectacular -- pictures don't do it justice -- and we plan on making this trip an annual tradition.

It was great to be able to pop in for lunch and head right back out to ski & ride. Furnishings and decor were top notch and the floor plan was unique and spacious, with plenty of privacy and room to spread out. My only complaint would be that the hot tub wouldn't heat past "warm" during our visit, so we couldn't really use it. We definitely plan to come back again next year!

The house was so beautiful we ended up spending more time enjoying at the house than we initially planned for. Huge common areas to hang out in + multiple decks and outdoor spaces + huge hot tub. Comfortably would have slept 24. TurnKey helped leading up to, during, and after the trip ensuring everything went smoothly. Will definitely be returning!

The elevator does not work and for loading and unloading that is a real pain because there are 4 sets of stairs. We had older people so that was hard on them. The house desperately needs an instruction book for the fireplaces, music, coffee maker, etc.

Magical, blissful, relaxing, views for royalty!

We had the most incredible time at this home. The home is large enough to fit the entire extended family and friends with plenty of space yet it still feels cozy! Overall the home is rustic yet has all the luxury touches everyone desires. We had 17 people in the kitchen cooking and it was still plenty of room! The morning view was serene and straight out of a dream! Beds were extremely comfortable and all of the bathrooms were very clean! Game room was awesome and we loved the fire place at every end of the house. The hot tub put the icing on the cake! Free shuttle into town makes commute easy! We are already dreaming of our return!
