「We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear  and efficient. Overall, it’s a perfect combination...

「A hole in the wall, very tired paint and rugs, extremely narrow hallways and a treacherous stairway. Marco was helpful getting our luggage upstairs and it was very convenient to the Stansted Airport Express.」

「We stayed here on the night of the BTS concert in Tottenham stadium and the location was perfect. Easy to get to and from stadium and good size for up to 6 adults. Property very clean and well equipped. Only downside was the heat but there is an aircon in the living room and they have supplied 2 fans for the bedrooms.」

「In normal weather, this place would be fine. In a heat emergency, it was problematic. I booked knowing that London now experiences high heat in summer, so I looked specifically for a/c. This property claims to have it, but that's debatable. I travel in Europe a lot and know that their idea of a/c is not the same as in the US. However, this was wildly insufficient. It has a too-small portable unit that was switched off when we arrived. That might have been ok except it was 95 degrees outside and...
