“The staff was friendly and helped me with any questions and directions that I asked for. The room was clean and stocked with clean towels and blankets. I went out at night and was able to enjoy the stars in the dark skies.”

We took the latter, only to be told later on that we couldn't get a discount because we had made the reservation through expedia. They said they would see what they could do.”

“We're glad we got to stay in Big Bend. It was a great location near the visitor center and the store with multiple trails next to it. Beautiful night sky and we got to eat our dinner overlooking the hiking trails and seeing the sunset and starry sky. The room was outdated and the toilet looked a little scary and the beds were dipping in the center. Our room also didn't have any body wash in the dispenser but luckily we brought our own. The room has a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge so that……

“The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us. We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. The layout is practical and in room appliances (microwave, fridge, hair blower) are also help us staying in there for easy breakfast and dinner. Overall, I recommend this……

“Didn't stay in the room. Bugs were coming out from under things and even got in our food! Smoke detector was disassembled and beds had mold on them. When we packed up and left we went to the front desk to explain and show videos. They acknowledged they have been experiencing big problems and agreed to refund our stay ( less than 2 hours). When Expedia reached out to get approval for the refund they refused to answer the phone!! I paid 80 bucks for nothing and ended up staying elsewhere for……
