"his is an amazing small boutique hotel in the heart of new kingston with superior guest service at every encounter. Rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and very clean. My little one & I enjoy the beautiful pool area with the large lounger day beds. The decor with reggae inspired artwork throughout the hotel is something to talk about. Food is amazing with the most attentive servers...Cecile, Garnett, Tanisha, Kadian namely. Moya & Camille at front desk are great. I did miss the warm towel and champagne on Arrival which used to be the Spanish Court standard back in the day. Little details like the lack of shower caps & dental kit upon my request was a bit odd seeing it's a luxury hotel. However, my other concerns were quickly addressed & sorted. All in all this hotel gives great value and the GM Imelda is a gem."
