「Love S hotels will always return」

「The hotel, room and breakfast everything is great. The only thing is that there was a construction across of the street and they did some noise at the mid night.」

「Very nice upscale hotel. The staff is very friendly. It was clean very comfortable as quiet. Definitely worth the money.」

「Our stay at the hotel was great!」

「What did you like or what was unique about the property? The property provided a place to stay, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice advertised benefit. What didn’t you like? The breakfast service took too long, which made it inconvenient. Also, although the property advertises free breakfast, the overall service could be improved. I was disappointed that an additional fee was charged for late checkout. Better service, more timely breakfast, and greater flexibility with checkout would...

「Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. Yes, there are neighbors so the basic common neighborly courtesy applies. The neighbors and staff are also...

「Good food, staff were friendly. Had a quiet, comfortable stay. Very good location for easy access to many places.」

「If you can get up for the breakfast, it’s worth it. Staff was nice and picked mangos for us on our first stay. It’s my go to place in Kingston」

「The stay wasn’t what we booked , on the day we were told that we got an upgrade but it was a downgrade . The room given was nothing like what was advertised」

「Spent $508 usd for 3 nights had no wifi the entire trip, tv wasn’t working and water Leak in the room. When address to the manager he turned around and gave my family member a discount instead of me when the room was booked under my name and credit card. Highly disappointed」

「The rooms are clean and properly maintained and the on property staff is very helpful & friendly. It’s perfect for solo travelers in the corporate and entrepreneurial field.」

「Good value for money and clean room. Nice view from window. However there is not really a hotel atmosphere in terms of a front desk who you can talk to. If I had never been to Jamaica, I'd be quite lost as there isn't a map or any fliers about what is popular in the city. Thankfully I am a Jamaican citizen so I wasn't lost but might be confusing for first time travellers」

「The property was great but their were tenants that were unruly and at nights I couldn't sleep because of the constant noise and shouting and banging.」
