"Hotel is nasty, it needs to be renovated. The ceilings had mildew on them and a lot of dust throughout the hallways. The staff at the front desk are crooks."

"Our fifth time staying at this hotel, the staff are very professional and friendly, and eager to help. The problem we had was that the heat was not working in the room, or the thermostat was defective, so the room temperature would not go above 69°."

"Check in was easy. Rooms were ok. When we got out of the shower in the morning, there was a roach on the bed. When we went to the front desk to check out and tell them about the roach, no one there. Waited 10 minutes, called out for someone, finally called the hotel. Girl finally came out of a back room to answer the phone and I told her about the bug, but she was rude and said leave my number and the manager would call. Guess what? No call. Won't be going back there again."
