"The room was clean and warm. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The best part was the staff. They were very friendly.They also went out of their way to help us get food after a late flight into Raleigh after a snow storm. We will definitely stay here again. We would highly recommend them. "

We love having the restaurant as well and the food is good and consistent the special touch is the bag with the water bottles at check in is a nice touch. We also appreciate the parking options. "my flight landed pretty late at night and i didn’t know the shuttle had to be called in . the front desk person was incredible and got me set up shuttle driver Bill arrived quickly and was so nice. i wish i could remember the front desk woman’s name but she was so kind to me check in was quick she noticed i was traveling alone and made sure i was safe. Room was spotless and very comfortable and they accommodated me with a late check out since i arrived pretty late. i will definitely be back! noticed that i was a woman "

"This was my first time staying at ALOFT Hotel and let me say, I had a great experience! First off at the front door is a gentleman named Ryan who was a breathe of fresh air, very pleasant, professional, very attentive, and lively. Through-out the entire stay all the staff that I met where very polite and profession. The room was clean, the elevators worked which is huge, and if I needed anything they were right there.They had a bar and restaurant that I didn't get a chance to use this time but on my next visit I will be staying here again, I will. they had a gym, pool, business office, all the things you need when on vacation. Thanks again Ryan for making this an excellent experience. "
