There was an issue with payments going through as we used a third party. A lot of undue stress, having to sort it out for both stays when the emails were asking for payment again. Maintenance was needed to refit the handrail twice. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean.

Friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble. It's not the Ritz hotel of course but if all you need is somewhere clean, warm and comfortable to stay, at a bargain price, then it's hard to beat.

Very pore condition for £61 for 1 night

Well £61 for me and my wife and 7 year old granddaughter was expensive for a room that was very out of date the room mirror was missing just the brackets on the wall the bathroom dirty the bath stained walls marked all over the pillows where like bricks and they was stains on the small bed my granddaughter had to sleep in but the man on the door very helpful and a very nice man

It was in a motorway, so very easy to get to by car. You can drive anywhere from there easily. If you dont have a car and take the train you need a cab to go anywhere. Places to eat are there next door
