Some small issues we encountered though. The master bed mattress was well past its used by date as my partner and I were falling into the centre of the bed. The fridge Ice Maker was broken or I could not get it to work? But either way I feel it should have been checked as it was part of our departure instructions to fill...

「I made a booking and received confirmation stating standard ID requirements applied at check-in. However, this is not the case. As there is no reception desk to check into, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver’s licence in addition to a selfie holding my bankcard displaying my full name and expiry dates. I was further asked to provide a screenshot of my bank account that payment had been made from. I queried how my personal ID, images and banking details were being stored and voiced...

「Spaces and functional with everything you need. Beds were clean, but the apartment was a bit outdated and in some spaces needed a deep clean, some dirty dishes etc Overall we were very satisfied. Reception were very organised and efficient. 」

「We stayed here for a week; with 2 day to arrive at the Gold Coast for fun. At first we were given a large room for 3 people. The place was big and nice; but the cleaning was average. But when we came back, we were given a room for 2 people. The 2-person room was not Problem. The problem is that there are many ants in this room. It must be improved. They walk around; in the kitchen; there are ants in the toilet and on the countertop. It is terrible.」
