"This location is close to shopping and restaurant on Robson St. You can ask for a day pass to the YWCA to full gym for work out, pool, sauna and hot tub located a few minutes walk away. "

"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "
