"Clean room. No Do Not Disturb sign. Housekeeping only late in the day even though they were asked to do it while we were gone all morning. Noisy guests. Uncomfortable mattress. No bottled water despite the sticker on the fridge. No microwave. No lunch options on-site. Breakfast not included. Breakfast menu items limited and not great quality. "
