“Very welcoming, breakfast is better than most chains we have been to. The only thing that was strange was that they told us that the room service (towels & beds) were done every other day which is fine but on the day we assumed we would get room service the person cleaning acted as if ours was a room she wasn’t suppose to do. But she left what we asked her to. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again. There was a point where there was a dog that barked non stop probably because……

“Nice clean rooms and a beautiful setting. The way we were treated was disappointing. One Example - My family were asked to stand to the side after ordering In coffee shop while locals were served and their food prepared and then after sometime we were told our items were no longer available. Please treat everyone with respect.”

“Lovely mid-century modern home, very comfortable overall. Close enough to our events in Steubenville.Did not have a welcome booklet with things like check out process. Some obvious dirt/dust on bathroom floors. Sewer-like smell in the bottom floor for some of the stay.”

“This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. ”
