“Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it. The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place! We’re already looking for next year!”

“Julio with those eyes! Looked out for us as promised by allowing us to check our bags prior to check in. We were able to go out and enjoy Daytona first! When we returned Daniel with those eyes checked us in and did as Julio instructed which was to get us as close to the beach as possible. Marie/Maria let us know we had options and didnt just stick us where we wouldnt want to be simply because it was ready. She let us know that if we waited 15 short minutes, we’d be by the beach! Thank you……

“Building was under renovations, closet door was fallen and you could see all the cleaning supplies. We paid for ocean front except the windows were completely covered by blue plastic. We checked in and checked out within 15 minutes but we were fully refunded since we were not notified about the construction. ”

“Great stay. We were in town during Daytona Bike Week. Upon arrival we were upgraded to an ocean facing balcony room which was awesome. The hotel restaurant is one of the best in town. The room, bed, shower, pool (heated) were all amazing and contributed to an amazing stay for my wife and I. Being able to walk out on to the beach from the pool area is a huge bonus. 10/10. ”

“Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!”

“Definitely owns up to the name, The Sand Crapper Motel . Both beds had sand in them, stains on the comforter, slick greasy tile floor similar to Mc Donald’s or Burger King ”

“Room was clean and the staff, especially Daisey, was very nice and attentive. While the building is from another era, that really is part of the charm. The location is outstanding by being so close the sand and walkable to almost anything you will want. Highly recommend and will be back. ”
