“We only stayed one night for Valentines Day but the room was very pretty and the dinner at Shovel Handle Pub was phenomenal! Some of the best steak tips I ever had! And the view is lovely as well. We didn't come to ski but if we had, the hotel is at the base of the mountain and would have been perfect. The location is convenient to everything in Jackson.”

“The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again……

“When I pulled up it looked awesome, I then parked and went into my rental cabin to find out, the one picture of the cabin I selected was not even the actual picture of the cabin I rented. Which was whatever, just plans had changed at that point from instead of cooking my wife and I dinner we had to go out (which was not the original plan as it showed a stove inside the cabin in the picture.) which was also whatever, but then you get too looking more and it’s actually pretty disgusting. “We had a wonderful stay at The Inn & More in the XL room! Everything from start to finish was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and quick to respond whenever we needed anything, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room and entire property were very clean, and the premises felt inviting and well cared for. There’s even a small play area for kids, which was a nice touch for families.
