“Location is in a quiet neighborhood but not really close to dining or the sights around Edinburgh. We used Uber get around which work well. The room was quite small and basically opened up to the hallway to the front door. Luckily, we had the ground floor room as getting heavy luggage up the steps would have been a real issue !”

“It was ok. Location was good for transportation on buses or taxis. The room we got was definitely not a “luxury” hotel room or spacious like advertised and did not look like photos. There was no lift, so they should tell people they have to do stairs. The towel warmer didn’t work and there was no plug in for the hairdryer in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror. It had a bed and breakfast without the breakfast kind of feel, rather than a “boutique hotel,” so seems a little higher priced……
