“For what this hotel lacks in amenities it by far makes up for in comfort, convenience, and customer service! Everything single staff member was efficient, helpful, and SO friendly! This was the first time we traveled with our pup Vito and he was welcomed with open arms!”

“Everything was wonderful, except amenities. But it was offset by the space and the availability of stove top and refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“I would not recommend anyone stay at this property. My room was dirty, I could not get a remote that worked for the TV, and there was a party going on across the hall all night long so I could not get any sleep then when I told the person at the front desk The next morning about my horrible night, he said I should’ve asked for another room even though I had to come up twice to ask for a remote, he should’ve offered a new room.”

“The bathroom looked like was not clean ever. Found small roach in the sheets. Used towel hanging up. Room itself was not clean at all. Hai everywhere. Stay somewhere else . Not sure how it has been rated for being clean.”

“Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable room. However not very convenient if you want to buy some grocery stuff coz stores are out of walking distance. ”

“Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, huge bathroom, nice couch. Super friendly staff throughout. Parking lot not in great shape, difficult to find the entrance to the parking! Behind another hotel, inside on a frontage road. So convenient and close to restaurants, the Ameristar Casino, movie theater, etc.”

“I am rather unhappy with the hotel as well as my room. The floor that I have been assigned a room has a horrible chemical small which I'm sure is unhealthy.( newly painted walls.. floor molding not yet replaces. Looks shabby… .. my room is at the end of the hall so I had to breathe the fumes all the way. Bathroom slider door does not open all the way and when it was open it blocked access to the room door safety lock. No real closet > only a curtain in front of the back wall with a bit of room……

“The room was fantastic, especially the bathroom. Very clean, very quiet and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and there was a large selection of different food items. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly.”
