「The hotel its self is nice, and clean. Staff is very average. Not really “friendly”, but not rude either. We did have a front desk lady come in at 8:35PM, and tell us our THREE kids needed to be quiet in the pool because the room beside the pool was trying to sleep, but just 20 minutes before that, the pool was at full capacity due to a birthday party.
