"The house was perfect for our large family. We had 14 people and everyone had a comfortable room to sleep in. Jennifer is a super responsive host! "

She also charged for the room a second time even though it had already been paid for online. Not focused on her job too busy carrying on conversation on the cellphone. "

Since it was only "suite" left, were given option to wait in regular 2 queen room while they cleaned the suite. They offered to take $20 off a non suite room, but that made no sense."
