"Beautifully appointed, very "of the moment" design wise, really lovely carriage home. It's small, but expertly designed. Donny was responsive and helpful when needed. Great neighborhood within walking distance of shops in a beautiful part of Jax. The only issue (and it's a tough one to get right because it's such a personal preference) is that the pillows were not firm and a bit lumpy - for my taste. But everything else about the stay made up for it. We would definitely stay here again."

"My sister and I stayed here with our soouses and toddlers and it was a fantastic vacation. The house is suitable for kids and was clean. Communication with the owner was pleasant and easy. We were able to use the pool and grill. And any and all info we could possibly want or need about the house and neighborhood was conveniently provided in a binder at the house. It really seems this owner went above and beyond to make his guests happy. We will be staying here every year we return to this area....
