It was false advertising, then when I challenged Hotels.com they tried to paint it as an AIRBnB…NOT! It was more akin to Norman Bates creepy ass lodge. Garden view my butt! 」

「The room was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. Overall, I had a good stay. There’s just one thing I want to mention. Even when the room is locked from the inside, it still feels vulnerable because the passcode is shared with the owners. Having an additional lock or code that can be used only from inside the room would make it more secure.」
