"Front desk staff needs better training. Also room listed as ocean view was partial ocean view at best. Hotel did change us after one night to a proper ocean view after A LOT of effort on my part. It’s just simply not a 5 star hotel, almost every interaction with front desk staff was frustrating. Pool and housekeeping staff are excellent however. Location is great. "

"This hotel does NOT HAVE HEATING IN THE ROOM. The hotel had air conditioner set at 50*.. We were FREEZING The entire time, had to ask the staff for blankets. The hotel parking attendant drive around in our cat whole it was supposed to be parked. The parking attendant RUDE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS GARBAGE HOTEL"

"I can't express how perfect this place is. I kind of want to keep it to myself, still they deserve major kudos, as the property is stunning & the staff amazing. Keep it up, I hope to return & have the same experience again!"

"Our room was excellent and we had beach and ocean front view with wraparound balcony. The master bath was enormous with jets in the tub and a large standup shower. The guest bathroom was ok as weak with just a standup shower. My only complaint is that we were really high on the 21st floor and it’s very windy up there. "

"Hotel was good for a last minute stay after my flight was cancelled. The customer service was fantastic; everyone was super friendly. The bartender especially was very outgoing and made sure everyone was taken care of. The only complaint I have is the walls were super thin so you can hear everything from the other guests around you which made it challenging to sleep due to all of the noise. "
