"Only one staff working the front desk who was completely overwhelmed. She was remarkably professional and courteous despite the desk being understaffed. Found a lipstick / makeup stain on the duvet cover. Need to do a better job of housekeeping rooms. All staff that we met were incredibly friendly."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean. The pool was amazing, my kids loved it. Clean, not very busy and the drinks at the pool bar were 10/10. The only thing I would complain about is the bathrooms. Not as clean, needed some upgrades, bathtub and toilet looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. "

"Hotel was good for a last minute stay after my flight was cancelled. The customer service was fantastic; everyone was super friendly. The bartender especially was very outgoing and made sure everyone was taken care of. The only complaint I have is the walls were super thin so you can hear everything from the other guests around you which made it challenging to sleep due to all of the noise. "

"There was no room cleaning. Nobody came to clean. Light in the room was poor. One light switch was not working. The balcony door did not close. Someone had to come to fix it. Room service was delayed for over one hour. Someone failed to give room number to person delivering. It was so late, someone called to let me know it was not on time. Finally upon departure, the water in the shower stopped. I was left soaped up without rinsing. W for worse hotel? "
