Great property management and expectations below standards of this range
Property is spacious very well appointed, clean and pool and property are secure and private.communication prior to arrival and while on property was below my last. dozen VBRO stays of similar or greater price rangeThere are only 2 towels available per bathroom, they intend to clean those every other day, there are an insufficient number of pool and beach towels.Often in Bucerías and sayulita maid service is available daily, I inquired and was told that this property did in fact have someone on property available, however she doesn’t clean the kitchen and doesn’t do laundry daily If I wanted a ‘deep’ clean it would be 800 Mxn per day which I paid but again did not meet expectations.Additionally directly across the street is a major construction project that goes morning to night. With equipment at the gate all day.I liked the property itself and Maru who is the support person however this place needs to meet and set expectations
