“The dog friendly cottage is in a beautiful location with an excellent view of the lake from the balcony and the large dock. It is well stocked with everything you could need. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfy. I would certainly consider returning.”

“Extremely poor communication. The property was not ready on our check in date so we had to delay our arrival with significant inconvenience and little empathy from the owner. The property was very clean on the inside but was not as well kept outside as one would expect. Exterior pictures are deceiving. Location is awesome. We still have not be able to receive our refund for the one night. The owner is not responding to me at all and VRBO and Expedia just keep referring me back to the owner.……

“Very nice cottage that is well equipped for large groups and has a large open lawn. Host insisted on communicating outside the VRBO platform and had a large list of rules and additional contracts for the rental and the hottub. ”

“Stayed at Eganridge 5 years ago. It has gone from a 5 star to a 2 star and was very disappointing. Even the dining room did not meet previous experience. Food had to be sent back twice. Pictures on vrbo were not of the cabin we stayed in. Flooding and sewage back up in our cottage meant we had to move to another cottage. Staff was pleasant but did not seem motivated to solve a variety of issues.”
