「The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! 「客室は広く、掃除が行き届いており大変綺麗。スタッフの方は大変親切で、一時的にホテルへ帰った際も、お帰りなさいと笑顔で出迎えてくれたり、ホスピタリティに感動しました。シャトルバスの手配や手荷物の預かり、プールも清潔で、景色も良かったです。ホテル滞在時間、とっても心地よかったです。朝食もとっても美味しく、朝から幸せな気持ちになりました。」

「The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)」

「Room is spotless. Very clean and can walk around barefooted. The decor is good and spacious. Well equipped with microwave oven, fridge, kettle, induction stove, cutleries and all. 」

「Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. 」
