“Every aspect of my stay was fantastic. There was only 1 thing that could've been improved. The shower head. Having experience as a plumber, I can assure you that there's no issue with water pressure. However the flow from the shower head was weak. For me, not a big issue. But as you well know, if an occupant has shower complaints, it can tarnish overall reviews! Suggestion: once every 3 months have maintenance remove shower heads, soak them in CLR or a similar product to remove mineral deposits.……

“No keys to the room. Had to be escorted to room by staff with key to let you in every time! Bathroom ceiling had mold. Pool was dirty and not open.”
