"The family room was great and even though hotel is close to highway and subway tracks it is well built hotel and you hear no noise from outside."

"Stanford decently friendly, though clearly overwhelmed by the crowds. Make sure you leave time for check in, because the entire lobby fills. The rooms were a bit worn and dated. The TVs were old and had only a few channel options and no streaming apps. Bathrooms were decent, though the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it and seems ridiculous for an expensive hotel like Gracery. The Godzilla balcony was also closed, so their one big attraction was inaccessible. Overall, I would spend similar money for a better experience elsewhere."

"I had never stayed in a capsule hotel before, so I was unsure what to expect, but honestly I loved my stay there. Would 100% recommend and would absolutely stay there again in the future when I revisit Tokyo. Staff was very kind and courteous :)"

"Excellent location, in an area with many restaurants, walking distance to Ueno station, Ueno Park and museums. Tidy hotel, friendly staff, rooms are equivalent to a cruise cabin - small but comfortable."

"Staff were friendly and super helpful. We had our luggages forwarded here from another hotel and it was already waiting in our room when we checked in. The check in is a bit later around 5pm but that means the check out was later too at 2pm. This worked out perfect for us since this was our last hotel before leaving Japan for our flight home. "

"Overall a beautiful and very clean property.The gardens and rooms reflected a calming Japanese aesthetic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and proficient in English. We enjoyed some relaxing moments in the refresh lounge although the timing never worked for us to take advantage of the drink service. The massage chairs in the relaxation room were wonderful. The laundry machines worked well. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, preferring to explore the many cafes in the area. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, and is on a quiet street, but with a major street with shops and restaurant steps away. We found restaurants on quieter neighborhood streets as well."
