「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter...

「Wir haben das Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung genutzt. Wir erhielten vorab ein Info, dass das Hotel über gesicherte Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig, 12 Euro) verfügt. Da wir mit vollgepackten Auto anreisten, fanden wir das sehr nützlich. Aber es gibt auch genügend kostenfreien Parkraum vor der Bowlingbahn bzw. dem Kino. Die Zimmer wirken neu mit cineastischem Touch/ gute Betten/ Raindance-Dusche und vor allem (insbesondere auf den sonstigen französischen Standard in anderen Hotelketten bezogen)...

「Clean room. Comfortable bed. Disappointed no tea and coffee facilities in room. Machine in entrance only supplied half cup of drink. Would not stay again for that reason」

「Friendly and helpful front desk staff who even negotiated on the phone for us to ask the biking tour guide to greet us at the Beaune train station. His English is very good. The room is very modern looking and stylish. Compared to other hotels we have stayed, this one is not as spotless, but it's still clean. I love the location that allowed us to rush in and out of the trail station without the need to call for a taxi.」
