"I was quite disappointed with the descrepancy between my reservation book8ng price quoted and the actual cost at the check-in counter...reservation cost via Orbitz was $87.00 plus taxes was around $105 give or take but check-in counter was $115 plus taxes cost $145 round about...Quite turned off by that experience...counter officer instead making excuses that they never charge that price"

"Overall a great stay, found it one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, but couple of little touches and it could be even better. Couldn’t see any obvious changing areas for the pool/spa and didn’t fancy heading down in the lift in a dressing gown. Also the rooms let in far too much light. Better blackout curtains/other measures to stop light coming in would be great. Also lots of LED lights in the room that I had to cover up. Loved the stay, the staff were excellent but with some minor changes, that would make the place even better."
