"I was allowed to check in before 3pm and was greeted by a very friendly and informative member of staff (Sorry I didn't get her name) The room was very clean and the bed linen was of a good quality. Shower was powerful and hot. Accom is very near to the town centre and about an easy 10 minute walk to beach. Complimentary bottle of water and couple of coffee pods for machine.Overall a nice place to stay."

"easy check-in by friendly staff at hotel adjacent to the apartments and requested overnight parking. Lift took us direct from secure underground parking to front door of our well appointed apartment on the 16th floor. Nice powerful & hot shower. Comfy beds & balcony with table & chairs taking in a lovely view over Benidorm, the mountains & the sea. Breakfast with plenty of choice was served in the hotel only a couple of mins walk away. "Great location the access to the property was a little confusing, that said a rep did arrive quickly and sorted us out. Great location and property was exactly as described on their website. The only downside that was outside the control of the property was late night/early morning street noise from late night revellers. This did not distract from a very enjoyable stay would recommend."

"Really good stay. If I had one complaint I would say hair-dryer. Having to hold your thumb hard on dryer on to keep it going was very difficult. This is not accessible for all especially with thumbs with arthritis. However my daughter in law also felt it tiresome. We’re not used to having to hold thumbs tight on anything. Coffee in room would be good too. "
