「This place has a very good location in a nice and quet street. Near to a supermarket and several shopping malls, bus station is also nearby. Really appreciated to use the fully equipped shared kitchen. The staff and the owner is kind and helpful. I had one of the private rooms at first floor, a few tings in the room should me fixed/mantained..rooms has an intresting 2floor solution that is kind of functioning quite well for the given space..mostly very quiet at the whole stay. 「This is a hostel. There are 3 floors. 3 rooms per floor and 1 restroom with a shower per floor. If you choose to stay here remember to turn on the power to the restroom(the light switch is outside of the restroom) if you want decent shower pressure and sink pressure. The bidet sprayer pressure is not good so you will need to find a way to clean there better or sit and wait forever for it to clean. It is about 27 minutes walking distance from the mall 10 minutes by car. 40 minutes walking...

「The hostel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff are fantastic, always very helpful and kind. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Komtar station. Right in front of the hostel there is a restaurant where you can eat one of the best nasi kandar dishes. The price of the hostel is very affordable. I highly recommend it, and if I ever come back to George Town, I would definitely stay here again. 」

"Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe). One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe. Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!"

"地點方便，可步行到附近景點，附近有夜市，食物及氣氛都很好，價錢合理。職員友善，早餐很好吃。房間清潔，但浴室沖涼時，防水不佳，水會流出至馬桶位置。房間燈光較黃，枱面上方也沒有鏡子，不適合女士化妝。"

"Great hotel. Close to the airport and all the staff are very friendly. The front desk staff were really helpful and kindly us check in early. They even helped us join two separate bookings easily. There is a playground that you can access through the 4th floor. And a very large playground about 5 mins away from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and housekeeping did a great job refreshing the room for us. Our only complaint was that our room faced the convention center and unfortunately we could hear the sounds at night from our room. We still managed to sleep but if you are a light sleeper I would suggest requesting a room that faces the other way ☺️"

"入住第一晚，懷疑受天氣影響酒店WiFi未能連接網絡。聯絡酒店職員協助，馬上派出技工reset WiFi router，可惜依然未能成功連接。後來跟酒店大堂職員再跟進，他們將額外的WiFi router插進房間客廳內，終於成功連接！感謝他們努力不懈的協助！對於酒店房間我們十分滿意，地點亦超方便！"
