“The property is still under improvement. They appeared to be understaffed and didn't have our room ready when we checked in around 7pm, when check in was at 3pm. The private pool area wasn't clean and didn't look anything like the pictures. However, the community hot tub and the pool were nice amenities. Staff, David and Melinda, were great and very welcoming.”

“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……
