"The property was perfect for our family (ages 8-82) We set up a pickleball tournament that lasted our entire stay. there was something for all. The pool, Hot Tub and Ping-Pong were well used. Perfect place for all my family to spend precious time together. The only recommendation would be to set the ping pong table up in the garage to have a safer area and more space. Highly recommend this property"

"We took our two kids, pre-teen and teen boys, for five nights and we all had a great time. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The boys especially loved the basketball hoop in the pool. My husband and I liked the walking path that goes in between the backyards. There is a beautiful view of the mountains."

"This was a really good vacation. The house was clean and check in/out was super easy. The communication with the owner was very easy. If we needed the hot tub turned on we just text him. They had everything we needed but only 3 pool towels. However, there were plenty of other towels in the bathrooms that we used. We just had to wash the towels a few times. "The location was great, the unit was and the four-unit complex was very quiet, with external grounds that were well maintained. The owner was gracious and very responsive to things that needed immediate attention. Suggestions include ensuring there are comprehensive instructions about the unit, and upgrading of very care-worn outdoor furniture. All in, a great place to stay in Palm Springs."

"Love the location. Quiet and clean. Only issue is patio isn’t really that useable. Dirty and hard to keep the leaves and needles blown from winds off the patio. The patio and furniture could use a major power wash. The bathrooms are very small with no countertops so those need updating."

"Wonderful little place. A block away from the main drag with all the shops, bars and restaurants. The backdrop, right out the door, is the san Jacinto mountains. The base of the mountains is probably not even a half mile from the front door. The view is amazing. The studio is very clean, organized, small but easy to move around in. The studio is part of a small complex which is also clean and pretty. Great landscaping too. An all around wonderful place to stay."
