“Thank you Ashley for sharing your lovely condo with us.We had a perfect two-week stay. The unit is located near the ocean, the pool, the gym, and the tennis court…we only left the property to get groceries!”

“The views were phenomenal very peaceful and private.! If you love golf it back on to the golf course right behind the pool.! The pool was excellent and nice dinning area with large BBQ right beside itEasy to go get groceries close by. Over all very happy with out experience. Owner was also very timely with response. ”

“Great location, unobstructed view of beach and surf. Disappointing guidance from host agency. No show to meet at unit. Door code was sent via phone which worked for me in this case, but a walkthrough would have been helpful. The interior is stylish but needs some TLC. Only one skillet was useful, others need to be replaced. No mention of steep spiral stairs to main bedroom which could be a hazard if kids are staying or other guest has mobility limitations. “Our family of 5 just came back from a wonderful stay at this spacious property. The property could’ve accommodated 2-3 more people. Everything is as it looks in the pictures on VRBO.Location: the resort is conveniently located in the midpoint between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Since this is about 20 from Cabo San Lucas, we were able to avoid the Spring Break crowd. This is a quiet resort so those looking for crowds and loud music at the pools will be disappointed. “The views off the balcony were amazing. I will say there is a charge for the workout facility, volleyball/basketballs and cabanas. I was disappointed about that. But the location was wonderful and the resort was absolutely beautiful. The property manager suggested a snorkeling company that wasn’t ideal. They were supposed to take us to a reef and ended up at a beach that was not a snorkeling site. The fishing trip was amazing though. Would definitely stay there again”

“This was a great VRBO. I would definitely stay again and recommend it. The location and unit itself are the best in the development. The owner was very communicative and made lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I loved having all the amenities of the Zoëtry plus the space of a condo. You will not be disappointed. The location is right between Cabo and San Jose. There is also golf at Cabo Real across the street. I never wanted to leave the porch. ”

“No contact from owner or host. We called vrbo and told them and they said we had to wait until check in time to verify it was a fraud location. I called multiple times because I did not want to go to Mexico without the location being confirmed or how to access. Nothing was ever provided and we had to get another location to stay through another provider. Customer service said we would get a refund on checkin day if we didn’t get a response from the owner. It is now 5 days later and still no……

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo in San José del Cabo! The unit was incredibly well-stocked, especially the kitchen, which was a huge plus since I am on a special diet—we were able to cook every meal with ease.
