“There was no laundry room”

“Beautiful! It's safe and gorgeous. We were upgraded to a bigger unit without asking. Great view of the marina, really nice pool. It was never crowded at the pool. Walked to the beach and along the beach each morning. Gustavo was so nice and helpful.”

“We always have a wonderful stay at the Rip Jack. The staff is amazing, the food is outstanding, the rooms are great and the location is perfect!”

“We loved our stay and the place grew on us. Rooms could use a place for cloths and suitcase as they aren’t big and a coffee pot. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a small market but it doesn’t have fresh fruit or veggies and limited for lunch or breakfast items. Loved how staff booked tours which were very small. ”

“Great staff and close to the beach. Nice pool and great food, we had the complimentary breakfast and lunch at the hotel, both were very good. Room was well appointed, nice space for our family of 4 ”

“We had a great time at the Westin Reserva Conchal. The property is large and beautiful with lots of wildlife (e.g. Howler Monkeys, iguanas, birds). The pool area is clean with lots of chairs. Restaurants are excellent, particularly the Bamboo, with lots of variety. Staff were also excellent, particularly Willie at the Mitra who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable visit.”

“Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly but we found service to be slow (everywhere not just Diria). The pools were very nice and beach is great. The resort is in a great location. The rooms were unimpressive and the whole place is showing it's age a little but we would recommend this place. Very safe and easy to book excursions etc. ”
