「Really disappointed in the service from the girls. They couldn’t even tell people when food got delivered. They stayed in the office 90% of the time. We really didn’t appreciate the music at 2am when everybody is in their rooms sleeping and I couldn’t even hear our tv. Ear plugs did nothing. Also it is advertised as clothing optional but that is not the case at all. Just disappointed to spend that much money on mediocre service, crappy stale food and a jacuzzi that was not that warm and needed...

「The room is smelling. There is no room service during our 2 nights. We have to go to the front desk and ask for the trash bag. We need to clean the trash bin by ourself.
We have to change our towel througt the front desk and there is a long way from the pool/room to the front desk.
Also we are worry about the safety. The park space in the back is dark and smelling. There was someone yelling and knock our neighboor room door in the early morning which made us scared.

「We stayed one night in this cute hotel. Room was generally clean and bed was comfortable. We had no interaction with staff as everything was done through text, which worked well. We appreciated the use of bikes. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and was warm. Unfortunately the room smelled like dog and I am mildly allergic. Previous pet friendly hotels I’ve stayed in have certain rooms that pets stay in and others that are pet free. I should have looked more closely at that before booking. 」

「Had a great time! The conference hotel was booked and I needed a place to stay that was close by. I found this little gem and the best part was that it was around the corner. The staff was attentive and available. The room was clean and Dylan was very responsive whenever we texted. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. 」
