“This was our second visit but the first time staying overnight. We loved it. The room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Our AC could have been a little cooler but wo cares! We were naked the whole time! We just lounged around the pool and enjoyed each other. If we wanted privacy we would move to other areas around the property. The playrooms were clean and other couples were respectful. There were only couples or female employees present so it felt safe and balanced. We would……

“Don't come here！！！！Upon arriving at the hotel, the first issue we noticed was the strong smell of marijuana permeating the premises. Outside our room, there was a group of intoxicated individuals shouting obscenities loudly—this immediately made me and my family, who are new to the U.S., feel extremely unsafe and anxious, especially as a young woman staying there at night. When we entered the room, the conditions were even more appalling. The bed had visible bloodstains, oil stains, and dark……

“Casa Palma was a hidden gem. We picked it randomly when our flight was canceled and we were stuck in Palm Springs for two days. The hotel could not be cuter or more comfortable and accommodating. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Rochelle at the bar made our day. Allison, the evening manager went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and I literally would return to Palm Springs simply because of this hotel and the staff. ”
