Ok hotel but in an industrial area so nothing much around close by for shopping or dining. Rooms were average but could have used a bit of extra cleaning as surfaces were dusty. Hallway smelled a bit like the carpets needed cleaning. Breakfast was good.

Very busy. heavily booked hotel. Clean friendly staff. not a lot of places to eat around the area in the southeast where it’s located Ended up going to restaurant at a neighbouring hotel and casino. not suitable for high traffic since the hallway are narrow and the pool is quite small so can’t accommodate a lot of people. Our daughter enjoyed the waterslide which was tolerable, but it was crowded. Interior is a bit dated and definitely needs a renovation in the future.

We enjoyed the overall stay. Safe, clean, a bit expensive due to location is a bit far from downtown or main shopping areas, but that’s ok if you drive, facilities are decent. Staff were friendly. Only minimal downfall was that there is no exhaust fan in washroom and they don’t put out food fast enough. Had to wait and keep on asking for them to replenish food. They took long. Other than that small thing as it was busy so of course understandable.

I had such an fantastic experience from the easiest check-in/checkout I have ever dealt with, the ladies behind the desk were the nicest and so friendly, I was there to celebrate an anniversary (2 nights) so I appreciated the greeting and the later check-out it definitely made the stay feel even more special, so thank you again ladies. The room was very welcoming and comfortable (spa suite) the only negative thing I do have to say is the room needs google Chromecast or smart TVs other than that I have no complaints. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast attendant was awesome at her job, the breakfast area gets extremely busy during breakfast and she did an incredible job to keep up with the high demand. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again and recommending it to everyone I know.

I wished they would have let us use the dining hall other breakfast time window. We had our food delivered one night and I asked the fellow at the reception but he turned out request to use the dining hall. Limited towels in the pool. We learned why there were so many people, as they allowed other guests from another hotel whose pool was under maintenance(?l. We booked 4 occupants in our room, and we were only given 3 sets of towels at the start of our stay, and even when we had it serviced. I hope they would consider providing each occupants their towels when they stay there. Good thing, Baby, one of the ladies that do housekeeping, was always kind enough to provide us towels each time I asked. I hope you served some other things other than the usual scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages and bacon . Kudos to Kiera who served breakfast each morning for her steady and efficient way of refilling things up in the bread area as well as the coffee and the bacon, eggs and sausages. We knew there were other staff in the kitchen working alongside Kiera, whose names we don't know, but we give them credit too. Thanks!

Breakfast was really good. Room was good. But one thing really supersized, shocked & stressed me was that after we checked out, service desk called me & told me that their stuffs couldn’t see one coffee maker in one of the rooms that we booked & wanted to charge us $75 for that….😲🤔☹️…Didn’t even check it properly & started blaming us w/out asking anything & also made us to go back….when we almost there they called me 3rd time & said they found it…no Apologies or anything for the stress that created ...😟🤔😲☹️…That’s really unprofessionalism by them..🥸
