Like always you go to colombia they treat you like family friendly staff they go the extra mile for you to feel like home the management Henry the front desk Yolanda Luisa Vanessa and the person encarge of the kitchen don̈a delia great persons small but cozy you get to know everyone public transportation right in front on the hotel door your food is made fresh you order in two minutes you getting your food freshly made nothing but good word for those hard worker keep the great work

It was the first time we stay & the staff is friendly & exceptional service. The only thing the parking is not from the hotel & we pay every 24 hour for parking service but it was cheap. Overall we had a great experience! We stayed for four nights & also the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the staff to make my husband birthday very memorable. I will definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel in safe area

Muy buen hotel en una zona bastante segura, llena de negocios. La habitación aunque pequeño es bastante cómoda y limpia y tiene de todo lo necesario. Aire acondicionado, baño privado y alguna zona para colgar la ropa. La cama era cómoda. Lo único que no tiene agua caliente para ducharse pero hace mucho calor así que ni tan mal. la lavandería en el hotel cuesta 45,000 pesos colombianos que por ser una zona buena esta bien. El servicio al principio fue un poco lento la verdad, creo que por una persona nueva, pero siempre han resuelto los problemas y con amabilidad en incluso una sonrisa. Los ubers llegan bien, lo único que pueden tardar. También está alejada del barrio San Antonio y la Ermita donde está la Calle del Sabor, peor no tan lejos en Uber.
